View Award - Captain’s Commendation
Purpose:
Recognises crew members whose in-character actions significantly contributed to the success of a mission, demonstrated exceptional leadership, or displayed resourcefulness under pressure.
Eligibility:
Awarded solely at the discretion of the Commanding Officer. Possible reasons for selection include:
Taking decisive action that turns the tide of a mission.
Demonstrating exemplary leadership, coordination, or mentorship in-character.
Acting with ingenuity to solve a major obstacle or crisis.
Showing consistent excellence in portraying Starfleet ideals within the sim’s story.
Nomination Guidelines:
This is not a nomination-based award; however, department heads may recommend individuals to the CO for consideration.
